This Product Information Disclaimer applies to all product descriptions, images, specifications, brochures, catalogues, website information, technical information and advice made available by UNO.

UNO takes reasonable steps to keep product information accurate and up to date.
However, product images, colours, dimensions, specifications, stock information, manufacturer details and availability may change without notice and may differ from the actual goods supplied.
3. Suitability and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the goods selected are suitable for their intended purpose, machine, operating environment, manufacturing process, materials and technical requirements.
UNO may provide technical guidance or recommendations; however, suitability for a specific purpose is accepted only where UNO has expressly confirmed that suitability in writing.
4. Commercial Standards and Statutory Rights
Goods are supplied according to commercially accepted standards together with any applicable manufacturer specifications.
Nothing contained in this disclaimer limits or excludes any non-excludable rights provided under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or any other applicable law.
5. Use at Own Risk
Incorrect use, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, operation outside manufacturer specifications, failure to follow operating instructions or use for an unintended purpose may result in equipment damage and may void any applicable warranty to the extent permitted by law.
UNO and its manufacturers may make technical changes, model revisions, upgrades, substitutions or product improvements without prior notice, provided that any applicable statutory rights and agreed product specifications are respected.
