The Shing Ling FG-799 Series is a 3-needle, 5-thread flat-bed interlock machine equipped with a right-hand fabric trimmer and mechanical upper metering system. It is designed for controlled elastic or lace attaching while simultaneously trimming the material edge.
The integrated knife trims excess material as the interlock seam is formed.
Mechanical metering controls the feeding amount and tension of elastic tape or lace.
Controlled feeding helps maintain repeatable stretch, gathering and seam appearance.
