The Kingstar KS-TD6 8000 AMR is a fully automatic pocket setter using an 8000-series sewing-head configuration. The TD6 platform is designed to fold the pocket, feed it to the sewing position, complete reinforcement and pattern sewing, trim the thread and stack the finished component without requiring a separate pre-ironing process. This automated sequence is suitable for high-volume production of pockets on shirts, casualwear, trousers and workwear where repeatable shape and stitch placement are essential.
