The Kingstar KS-254-KP2S is a stepper-controlled double-needle belt-loop attaching machine for jeans and casual trousers. The reference platform automates strip feeding, cutting, folding, positioning, bartacking and waste removal, allowing the operator to concentrate on garment placement. Computer adjustment of loop dimensions and needle-gauge-related settings supports repeatability across production styles. The machine can form flat or triangular-cut loop ends and includes joint or waste detection to reduce defective components entering the sewing cycle.
