The Kingstar KS-246V Single Needle Unison Feed Cylinder Arm Sewing Machine is engineered for professional industrial sewing operations requiring exceptional material control, powerful feeding performance, and the ability to sew curved and tubular products with ease. Based on the proven Juki LS-246 platform, the machine combines a cylinder arm design with a synchronized unison feed walking foot mechanism.

The walking foot system coordinates the movement of the needle, feed dog, and presser feet to ensure even feeding of thick, layered, slippery, and difficult materials. Its cylinder arm structure makes it ideal for sewing bags, shoes, upholstery components, sleeves, luggage, leather goods, and cylindrical assemblies where flatbed machines are less effective.
