Please note that all BF 2022 offers are subject to the following terms and conditions of the sale, and this memo serves as a standard operating procedure to all the company’s revenue team members, when selling a BF listed items or BF discounts: T&C’s:
All the company’s standard T&C’s as indicated on the reverse side of the company’s official tax invoice applies: With exception to the guarantee, returns and refund claims.

All the company’s standard guarantee cover is as per the standard Uno guarantee’s T&C’s: With exception to the total duration of the guarantee, as set out below and are for exchange only and no cash refund.
Guarantee claims on all goods sold on BF sale will only be valid for a period of within 30 days of the purchase date.
All BF sale goods are available at the company’s Johannesburg head office only.

All BF specials sale goods are available only while stocks lasts.
All BF specials sales cannot be made on a customer’s open account, these are cash sale deals only.
All wholesaler customers shall be entitle to an additional 2.5% for quantities of 10 or more on the w/s’s prices on Odoo.
All prices on BF specials advertised does not include VAT
Invoicing:
All BF invoices are to be marked by the sales persons with the code: BF 2022
Payment:
All BF confirmed sales are payable in full on the day of the sale and prior to collection or delivery.
All BF sales orders and lay-byes that are placed must be signed on the day of the sale, these payments must be made in full no later than the close-of-business of the final day of the BF specials being Black Friday day, November 25, 2022. A non- refundable deposit of minimal 25% is required for a signed order.
Delivery:
All BF goods sold, invoiced, and paid for in full are to be collected within 3 days of its purchase.
All BF sales are subject to the standard delivery charges and may take place up too 7 days after the sale.
All BF machine sales are supplied in boxes only. Assembly is at an additional charge of R100 per m/c.

Please note:

• -  The BF daily specials listings will be advertised on all the company’s electronic medium platforms.

• -  These listings of BF specials are available to all customers (& wholesaler customers @ nett price) from 1 November,

  until our 2022 annual shut-down and only while stocks last.

• -  When invoicing from this BF special list the sales person will be required to do the normal price change request &

  get override (the discounting function on Odoo will also be opened from 7th to 25 November)

• -  During the week of the 1st to the 5th the D9-4 overlock & cutting machines will be on sale;

• -  During the week of the 7th to the 12th a 10% discount on counter and machine sales & the previous BF offer;

• -  During the week of 14th to the 19th the impulse table, an additional 10% on marked items & all previous BF offers;

• -  During the week of 21st to 24th. of November 2022 there will be special offers for bulk buying of 5 m/c’s and more, a

  added 2.5% discount & and for wholesalers an added 2.5% discount for 10 m/c’s & more & all previous BF offers;

• -  On BF day there will be 33 balloons on the showroom floor containing an addition discount to be added to the

  above weekly offers and a customer may pop it once confirmed they are ready to pay, and

• -  On BF day there will be a lucky draw for 1 customers purchase made on BF day, i.e. a domestic sewing machine.

• -  BF offers are for all machines & spare parts, except oil, needles, cottons, transport, repair invoices & buy-outs.
